Medical post graduate students are the buds in our medical ecosystem and face various challenges. To address and shed light upon the same, recently conducted a session on "Resilience in Residency- Path towards Mental well being" at Civil Hospital, Nasik. Through the session we discussed not only the challenges but also the ways to deal with it.
